If you feel that the suction power is not strong enough, you can adjust the cleaning modes and suction power modes using the OKP APP or the remote control. For pet hair cleaning, it is recommended to switch the suction to Strong mode.

You can also contact us through the OKP APP or Amazon for assistance. Please note that the APP can only be connected to the robot vacuum using a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network.
